What it does differently for Germany

No. Besim Apply finds postings and applies; visa and residence matters are yours or the employer's. Scoring takes the work-permit status you state into account.
Do I need to speak German?
Forms are filled in the posting's language. If a posting requires German, that is scored against your real level; it never claims a language you do not have.
Is applying from abroad a problem?
The application goes from your own account and computer; the employer sees your LinkedIn profile. Set your preferences to favour remote or relocation-friendly postings.
