The most tiring part of a job search is reading postings and filling in the same form again and again. Besim Apply takes that over with AI: it reads the posting, compares it with your CV and writes down a match score and the reasoning.
It answers the questions on application forms from the real facts in your CV. It does not invent what your CV does not say; a question it cannot answer is left empty and the application stops with the reason written down.
What the AI does here
- Scores every posting on three axes: role fit, domain fit and eligibility (work permit, language, remote).
- Writes the answer to "why this posting?" next to each one, so you can see how the score came about.
- Answers form questions in the language of the posting: English, Turkish, German and Spanish.
- Turns the postings you approve into CV suggestions, such as "6 of these postings ask for Kubernetes".
How it works
- Create a free account and upload your CV; the AI extracts your experience and field.
- Pick the roles, cities and remote preference you want.
- Install the desktop app on your Windows or Mac computer and connect it with a pairing code.
- Postings are listed with a score; the ones you approve are applied to from your browser, and replies are tracked.

Does the AI change my CV?
No. Your CV is sent as it is. The AI only evaluates postings and answers form questions from the facts in your CV.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes. You can use your own API key or a local model running on your computer — or the AI we manage for you.
How reliable are the scores?
The score is there to build a shortlist; the final decision is yours. Each score comes with its reasoning, so you can check why a posting ranked high.
